Per importante e prestigioso cliente in ambito Telco, si ricerca una figura di Tax Specialist da inserire nella struttura Tax per la loro sede di Milano.ResponsibilitiesSupportare il calcolo delle imposte sul reddito delle società (IRES, IRAP), inclusa l'assistenza nella gestione dei quesiti fiscali provenienti dal business, nonché nella predisposizione e presentazione delle dichiarazioni dei redditi.Supportare la gestione delle attività relative all'IVA e alle altre imposte indirette, incluse le dichiarazioni periodiche/trimestrali/annuali e gli adempimenti Intrastat.Supportare la gestione e il calcolo delle ritenute alla fonte (WHT) e dei versamenti mensili.Fornire supporto nelle analisi fiscali relative a nuovi contratti, accordi e iniziative di business, sia dal punto di vista della fiscalità diretta che indiretta.Fornire supporto nelle analisi relative a nuove normative e regolamentazioni fiscali.Condurre analisi ad hoc su specifiche tematiche di fiscalità diretta e indiretta, valutandone l'impatto sulla Società.Collaborare per garantire una corretta e tempestiva determinazione delle imposte (tax provision) e una reportistica finanziaria accurata.Supportare l'implementazione di un Tax Control Framework pienamente allineato ai principi OCSE e alle normative fiscali applicabili.Partecipare alle analisi periodiche finalizzate a verificare che i controlli volti a mitigare i rischi fiscali, inclusi nelle matrici di controllo del Tax Control Framework, siano aggiornati ed efficaci.Supportare il Dipartimento Fiscale in tutte le altre attività rilevanti relative alla fiscalità diretta e indiretta.RequisitiLaurea magistrale in ambito tributario, economico, finanziario, contabile o giuridico.Almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza in ambito fiscale, maturata preferibilmente presso realtà aziendali strutturate.Ottima conoscenza della normativa tributaria italiana.Preferibile possesso della qualifica di Dottore Commercialista o certificazione equivalente.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta.Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.Capacità di gestire priorità multiple e rispettare le scadenze in contesti dinamici.Budget e benefitsBudget: CCNL Telecomunicazioni, massimo ******€ di RAL + Bonus + buoni pasto da 7€ + welfare aziendale + assicurazione sanitaria e fondo pensione/tfr integrativo + mensa aziendale + pc/telefono e altri benefits aziendali#J-*****-Ljbffr
