OverviewAirport Representative Verona Jet2.com • Verona, Veneto, ItalyAs a valued member of the Jet2holidays Airport team, you will play a key role in creating a memorable and welcoming process for customers as they arrive and depart the airport.You will work as one team with internal and external suppliers while resolving customer queries or problems using our in-house digital systems.What do we offer youIn this role you will represent Jet2holidays as an Airport Customer Helper but will be employed by our third-party agency who partner with us to deliver our service.Excellent SalaryFully paid training and IT equipment providedMonthly 1-to-1 meetings with your Team LeaderCareer growth across Jet2holidaysWeekly time offMonthly rosters shared in advanceWhat will I doAs an Airport Representative you will report directly to the Airport Team Leader or Destination Manager and work closely with internal and external partners to deliver VIP, industry-leading customer service.You will be at the heart of creating memories for our customers.Create Memories– Greet every customer with a warm welcome and our Jet2holidays smile; make the journey memorable from the very start.Take Responsibility– Be a point of contact during flight disruptions, emergencies, and customer escalations, ensuring situations are handled with care and teamwork to achieve on-time performance, service, and customer satisfaction.Be Present– Represent Jet2holidays in the arrivals hall and departures terminal; guide and assist customers throughout their airport experience.Provide transfer and holiday information by creating and distributing welcome packs and delivering information onboard transfer coaches.Work as One Team– Work closely with transfer providers and support the operation inside the terminal and in the coach park to ensure a VIP customer experience.What do I needRight to Work Documents– You will hold full right to work documents for Italy as the role is with a local contract through a third-party agency.Travel & Accommodation– You should be living in the destination or be able to arrange your own accommodation.You must be able to get to the airport at any time, day or night.Flexibility– Rosters provided 4 weeks in advance.Expect early starts, late finishes, split shifts, and weekend work.The role involves extended periods of standing and outdoor work, especially in summer.You may be required to support during flight disruptions and emergencies.Skills & Experience– Customer service experience is a plus but not essential.You should be solution-oriented, friendly, positive, and confident, and comfortable using digital systems on a tablet.The role is physically demanding and fast-paced.What can I expect after I have appliedOnce your application is reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team, you will be invited to complete a short video interview.If successful, you will progress to an in-person interview with our Jet2holidays Destination Management team and the third-party agency.AdditionalJet2holidays Airport Representative (also known as Airport Customer Helper) – VideoTo meet some of our team and get a peek into life at Jet2holidays, follow our Facebook Page: Jet2Careers OverseasRequired ExperienceUnclear Seniority#J-*****-Ljbffr
