JoiningTNP's Financial Services team, you will collaborate with the Top Management and/or the operational departments (Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance, Commercial Department, Investments, etc.) of main Insurance market players in their strategic and business transformation projects.WHO WE AREBased in Milan,TNP Italiais a consulting company specialized in managingtransformationandperformance optimization programs.TNP Italia is part of TNP Group, created in ****, that is ahybrid, and independent consulting firm, specialized inoperational and digital transformationof companies in the sectors ofindustry & services, banking, insurance and public sector.We are present in more than 10 countries such as France, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, India, Morocco and US.TNP Italia, born in ****, is currently supportingkey playersinautomotive, retail, fashion & luxury and transport sectors, while developing its banking and insurance presence within the Italian market.Driven by strong growth,we are constantly looking for new talentsto support our development and deliver value and quality to our customers.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEConsulting missionBe part of a team of consultants and actively participate to clients' missions:Crunching data and preparing analysis resultsHelping in producing deliverables for the clientsDeveloping client relationships by meeting with them regularly to assess their needs and progressSupporting the preparation of project committeesBusiness DevelopmentPreparation and strategical study of sector/client stakes, benchmarking, and evaluation of external partnerships.Communication & MarketingParticipation to brand awareness improvement through social media strategy and content creation, participation and organization of events,WHO YOU AREExperience (2+ years) in Risk & Regulation projects within the leading consulting firms or the main Insurance market playersKnowledge of the main insurance business, control and supporting processesGood knowledge of the Solvency II, IDD and main IVASS's regulations, ESG and sustainability impacts on Insurance industryExperiences in the implementation of the Risk Governance framework for insurance companiesEstimation process of Technical Provisions, local and international accounting principles (IFRS17, IFRS9) will be considered as a plusAnalytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines in complex work processes involving multiple parallel demandsEntrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, curiosity and capability to work with a relative degree of autonomyAdvanced knowledge of MS Office suiteKnowledge of analytics tools such as Python and data visualization tools (Power BI) is also highly appreciatedItalian and English languages are mandatory, a third one is a plusPassion for consultingWHY TO JOIN TNP ITALIAStart-up environment supported by a structured international groupEach opinion counts: here at TNP Italia, your voice will be heardDynamic team in which innovation is the main driver in all of our activities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
