This is a high-profile, on-site contract role, requiring full-spectrum project controls capability across planning, cost, risk, reporting, and governance within a regulated GMP environment.You will act as the focal point for all project controls activities, interfacing with the client, EPCM partners, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedule, cost, and performance certainty throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead allproject controls functionsincluding:Planning & schedulingCost control & forecastingChange controlRisk & opportunity managementProgress measurementReporting & dashboardsDevelop, maintain, and control integrated project schedules usingPrimavera P6Manage cost reporting, earned value, forecasting, and financial performance trackingEstablish project controls procedures, governance frameworks, and reporting standardsInterface with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teamsSupport client and stakeholder reporting at senior management levelEnsure alignment with pharmaceutical / GMP project delivery requirementsMaintain fullon-site presenceas part of the core project teamCandidate ProfileProven experience as aProject Controls Lead / Manageron large-scale CAPEX projectsStrong background inpharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated industrial environmentsDemonstrable experience acrossall project controls disciplinesAdvanced user ofPrimavera P6andMicrosoft ExcelFluent / professional levelItalian(spoken and written)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsAble to operate in complex, multi-contractor project environmentsComfortable working in fast-paced, live construction environmentsDesirableExperience on GMP manufacturing facilitiesExperience working on EPCM or multi-package delivery modelsInternational project experienceContract DetailsLong-term contractCompetitive rateHigh-profile pharmaceutical capital investment programme
