Stage Opportunity – Business Process SolutionsWe are looking for a 6-month intern in Milan to support the Business Process Solutions (BPS) team. The intern will optimise information flows, ensuring data quality across Salesforce and SAP. ResponsibilitiesData enrichment – research and collect missing contacts (emails/phones) using Salesforce and analytics tools.

Data cleaning & governance – collaborate with Medgas to remove duplicates and prepare mass-upload files for Salesforce and SAP. Logistics data – analyse and prepare data for Smartour integration into SAP. System integration – technical support for mass data uploads. Knowledge management – revise and update training materials on contact and master data management.

QualificationsUniversity degree (triennial or master) in scientific or engineering fields (Management Engineering, Computer Science, Logistical Engineering or related). Excellent proficiency with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets. Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is a plus. Strong analytical skills, goal-orientated, and passion for digital process optimisation.
