Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possible.Your roleWe are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising candidate to join us at ourOperations HQ in Rovereto (BL, Italy).As HR administration intern you will support our fast-paced Central Functions and our dynamic Manufacturing Plants, managing admin tasks.Main responsibilities:Assist with payroll processing and timekeepingManage employee benefits enrollment and administrationHandle inquiries related to payroll and benefitsFollow projects related to employee benefitsMain Requirements:you have a Humanistic (Psychology, Training, Law) or Economics DegreeYou have a passion for the HR worldYou have a great knowledge of Office package (Excel, Power Point,..)You are a great communicator and mediatorFluent in English, both written and spokenWhat's in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
