Run what runs the world.This Position reports to :Division General Counsel Machine Automation & Corporate Counsel AustriaYour Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will ensure support to the assigned Automation local businesses in Italy and support specific assigned global projectsWork model : #LI-HybridIn this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for :Developing close working relationships with the internal customers and stakeholders including the managementGaining experience in multiple jurisdictions and providing cross-border legal support across the Automation Businesses in ItalyParticipating in and giving assistance in contracts, agreements, consortium and JVReviewing bids, negotiations, contracts, policies and other legal documents from vendors, customers and other third parties ensuring compliance with policiesSupporting business in managing contractual claimsParticipating in and promoting activities to ensure employees conduct business in compliance with the directives and the local lawsImplementing the compliance / integrity Group programProviding training to employees on contractual and integrity mattersRaising and defending litigation matters brought against the company using relevant external expertsEnsuring that all external legal advice is provided in a cost-effective waySupporting the Division Lead Counsel on specific assigned projectsQualifications for the RoleBachelor of Law degree from a reputable university in ItalyAdmission to the Italian Bar5 years' working experience in a major corporation and / or a leading law firmDemonstrable experience dealing with civil law issuesFluency in EnglishSelf-motivated and able to progressively work with autonomyTeam-spirited, solution-oriented and with pragmatic approachGood interpersonal and communication skills and being able to work effectively with business stakeholders and clientsBenefitsLocally, you can count on :Competitive compensation : Attractive salary packages and performance bonuses.Corporate welfare : Access to a wide range of services and personal well-being support.Career development : Structured career paths, individual development plans, opportunities for internal mobility, including international roles, technical and managerial training programs, mentoring and access to global learning platformsFlexibility and work-life balance : Flexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work-life integration.Employee Support : free services like psychological help, wellness coaching, and emotional support for employees and their families.Parental Leave : at least 12 weeks of fully paid leave for primary caregivers and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers, promoting DEI values.Meal allowance : Access to canteen or ticket restaurant is provided to support daily lunch expenses.Join us.
