OverviewHouse of Dreams, House of Talents.Christian Dior Couture is a house with a rich heritage and a commitment to excellence.With a presence in more than 40 countries, the Maison aims to Grow, Dare & Succeed in a Joyful, Sincere & Generous environment where we blossom & deliver Excellence with determination, courage & Optimism.Join us and shape your future as part of Christian Dior Couture in Porto Cervo.PositionPURPOSE OF THE JOBWe are looking for aSeasonal Sales Assistantto join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture inPorto Cervo.As Dior Ambassador, the Sales Assistant's responsibility is to contribute to the brand sales growth in the store, represent the brand values and be active in outstanding customer service.ResponsibilitiesSalesAchieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniquesDemonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our productsKnow the daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Identify customer expectations and advise them on products as well as add-on salesProvide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mileUnderstand how to handle customer database and clientelingManagement of the relationship with clientsEnsure a welcoming client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone and through electronic communicationDevelop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clientsProblem-solving in partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to benefit the business and the clientBack-office supportContribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update stock after sales when necessaryElaborate and supervise product feedbackPreparation of delivery and essential elements for the products' packaging and wrappingRequirementsWhat you can bringPreferred experience of 2/3 years in fashion and luxury boutiquesKnowledge of products and selling techniquesUniversity education or a fashion school degreeEnglish (C1-C2) is mandatory (other languages are a plus)Office 365 and other basic knowledge of digital softwareSoft & Interpersonal SkillsAmbition to grow in luxury retail and take on different challenges and new responsibilitiesPositive and kind attitudeTeam-working attitudeCommitted, flexible and willing to learnStrong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the MaisonWorking by objectives and time management skills in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills, empathy, and agile mindsetAbility to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication#J-*****-Ljbffr
