Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoro Per realt produttiva di nicchia in crescita, ricerchiamo un/una Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator con un ruolo centrale nella gestione degli approvvigionamenti e nel coordinamento dei flussi produttivi e logistici.La figura lavorer trasversalmente con Produzione, Magazzino, Logistica, Commerciale e Marketing, combinando attivit operative e responsabilit di coordinamento.ATTIVITA' E RESPONSABILITA' PRINCIPALI Approvvigionamenti e fornitori Gestione completa del ciclo d'acquisto: fabbisogni, scouting, negoziazione, contrattualistica e avanzamento ordini.Gestione fornitori italiani ed esteri (Europa / Far East) e lavorazioni presso terzisti (conto lavoro).Controllo costi e individuazione opportunit di saving nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi.Pianificazione e Supply Chain Analisi MRP, gestione stock e pianificazione fabbisogni.Supporto e coordinamento del Production Planning con l'area produttiva.Ottimizzazione dei flussi operativi lungo l'intera supply chain.Logistica e magazzino Supervisione operativa del magazzino: ricevimento, stoccaggio, spedizioni.Monitoraggio delle consegne e gestione preventiva di criticit (ritardi, NC, scorte).Sviluppo prodotto e progetti Collaborazione con Marketing per materiali, componenti e sviluppo nuovi prodotti.Supporto alle aree commerciale, produzione e logistica per allineare approvvigionamenti, stock e consegne.Contributo al miglioramento continuo dei processi (es. Lean Production).Requisiti Spiccata sensibilit estetica e attenzione al dettaglio, con interesse per materiali, packaging e componentistica di prodotto (requisito fondamentale dato il settore e il posizionamento aziendale).Esperienza consolidata (8-10 anni) in acquisti e supply chain in contesti produttivi.Conoscenza degli acquisti internazionali e gestione terzisti.Ottime capacit negoziali e sensibilit ai costi.Competenza in MRP/ERP, pianificazione della produzione e dinamiche di magazzino.Buona conoscenza dell'Inglese.Attitudine operativa, autonomia, affidabilit e proattivit .Cosa offriamo Ruolo centrale nella gestione della supply chain.Possibilit di incidere concretamente su processi e performance.Mix bilanciato tra attivit operative, coordinamento e sviluppo.Ambiente dinamico, collaborativo e orientato al prodotto.Retribuzione competitiva, commisurata all'esperienza.Sede di lavoro: Bologna (BO)#J-*****-Ljbffr
