OverviewTechnoform is recognised as a world-renowned partner in the development of innovative plastic solutions and is an international leader in producing both standard and customised products.Technoform Glass Insulation Italia S.r.l. is part of the Technoform Group, which operates globally with 55 production plants and sales offices and employs 1,500 people.Each business unit is close to local market needs and flexibly supports its customers in achieving their goals.Are you interested in challenging yourself and joining a dynamic, international company?Do you want to take direct responsibility for revenue and margin in your market as a Product Manager?Then we look forward to receiving your applicationLocation and position details are described below.Location and positionRegional Product Lead - Southeast EuropeContractFull-time, permanentExperience and backgroundMinimum 2–3 years of previous experience in technical sales – ideally in the window and door industry, insulating glass, or plastics sectorMain tasks and responsibilitiesThe candidate will join the Market Team, which is responsible for sales processes and the development of new products, primarily targeting the Balkan markets.Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target companiesIdentify and directly contact potential new customers and market opportunitiesFocus on commercial and technical consulting activities, as well as developing new products and services based on market needsDefine and implement commercial strategies to ensure success in your marketRegularly review KPIs for your processesWork on the team's P&L management, as well as Forecasting, Planning, and Budgeting activitiesMaintain frequent customer relationships through on-site visits (approx. 60% of the time)Participate in trade fairs and industry events for networking and market observationContacts and collaborationsTechnoform subsidiaries and affiliates in Italy and abroad; External suppliersQualificationsUniversity degreeAdvanced use of Microsoft Office suitePersonal characteristicsDynamic and flexible, with multitasking abilityStrong organizational and analytical skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProblem-solving abilityTeam playerAttention to qualityWillingness to travel abroad for short periods (Europe)Proactive and forward-thinkingScheduleAs soon as possibleSalaryCommensurate with professional profileLocationProduct Manager for Balkan Markets Southeast Europe • Cascina Cusago di Sotto, Lombardy, ITALY#J-*****-Ljbffr
