Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with support functions to generate demand and convert leads. Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. Track regional performance metrics like revenue, margins, and conversion rates. Use CRM tools to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and Hardware teams to align sales efforts. Provide field feedback to influence product and service development. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members. Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and coach for improvement. Foster a high-performance, accountable, customer-focused culture. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. Strong decision-making skills to handle complex and urgent situations. Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
