For over 125 years, Mutti Group has been rewriting the rules of the tomato industry, blending tradition with bold innovation to become Europe's #1 tomato brand.Today, our products bring the taste of Italy to more than 100 countries, fueling a global business that reached €703M in turnover in ****, and still growing year after year.We are more than just a food company: we are a global Italian brand rooted in quality, sustainability, and innovation, with a fast-expanding footprint across continents.To strengthen our HR Team, we are looking for a Talent Development Manager who will play a key role in shaping and driving the Group's Talent Strategy, focusing on Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Succession Planning.The position will be based at our HQ in Parma.Main ResponsibilitiesTalent Management & Development:- Design and implement talent management programs (e.g., succession planning, leadership development, high-potential programs) aligned with Group strategy.- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to build strong talent pipelines, ensuring long-term organizational sustainability.- Support individual and team growth plans, nurturing a culture of performance and continuous development.Learning & Development:- Co-design and deliver training initiatives to strengthen leadership and managerial skills.- Monitor and enhance program effectiveness, leveraging feedback and KPIs to innovate learning strategies.HR Partnering & International Scope:- Act as a sparring partner to HR and business leaders across HQ, production sites, and international subsidiaries.- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, embedding them into talent and development processes.What you bring- At least 7 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, and Recruitment, ideally gained in structured multinational companies.- Proven track record in talent development programs, succession planning, and leadership development.- Strong exposure to international and cross-cultural environments.- Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus).- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus.What you will be needing to succeed- Emotional intelligence and adaptability.- Ability to inspire and connect authentically in multicultural environments.- Innovative HR mindset balanced with the credibility of a trusted partner.- Passion for growing people while fostering a more sustainable future.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, and other personal conditions
