Planning & Fulfillment Manager - Virtual IPU ManagerAt ABB, we help industries outrun – leaner and cleaner.As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.This position reports to the Global Procurement Manager.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in the Virtual IPU within the Critical Power Business Line.You will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time, showcase expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory and supply plans, and coordinate with stakeholders including Procurement, Logistics, Agile Team, and Quality.Own the Virtual IPU supply planning process, maintain relationships with RDCs and LSOs, coordinate the Agile Team with sales to ensure correct Master data management, avoid duplication, and drive inventory management optimization.Establish and maintain inventory management processes for finished goods in line with company guidelines, oversee inventory checkbook process and related periodical follow-ups.Lead regular discussions with supply units and suppliers on inbound issues, planning parameters, reverse logistics, etc.Lead/contribute to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead time, inventory, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy.Support the profitable execution of customer orders in coordination with business functions, supply units, and suppliers.Qualification for the RoleHighly skilled in planning and delivering in the UPS market.5 years of experience in an RDC environment and/or planning management; enhanced knowledge of Power BI, Oracle, and SAP.Innovative approach to planning and IPU management.Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.Comfortable communicating in English; second language is a plus.More About UsABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.The division's technical teams work closely with industry partners, delivering advanced solutions that support rapid growth, energy transition, and sustainability objectives.The portfolio includes industrial circuit breakers, low-voltage systems, motor starting applications, and safety devices like switches and relays.Its Power Protection unit supports the world's largest data center companies with advanced energy-efficient UPS solutions.The division's ABB AbilityTM Energy Manager provides a scalable, easy-to-use platform that helps organizations save energy and reduce CO2 emissions.Seniority LevelNot ApplicableEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionOtherIndustriesAppliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
