Project Location:Milan, Italy Project Type:Data Centre ConstructionPackage Includes:AccommodationFlightsRotationTravelLiving AllowanceKey ResponsibilitiesManage the electrical package on-site, focusing on LV systems, fire alarms, and solar PVMaintain project schedule, budget, and resource allocation for electrical worksCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveryOversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systemsEnsure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and project specificationsConduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain quality and safetyWork closely with QA/QC teams to address defects and handover requirementsLiaise with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholdersCollaborate with mechanical and civil teams for coordination of worksLead and support site teams, resolving technical issues as they arisePrepare reports, method statements, and risk assessmentsTrack material deliveries and manage supply chain issuesExperience in electrical package management on large-scale construction projectsBackground in LV electrical systems, fire alarms, and solar PV installationsDegree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualificationStrong knowledge of electrical regulations, safety, and testing proceduresGood communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsQualificationsDegree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldProven experience managing electrical packages on large-scale construction projectsStrong background in LV electrical systems, fire alarms, and solar PV installationsKnowledge of electrical regulations, industry standards, and safety proceduresExperience working with general contractors on data centre or industrial projectsAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentsFamiliarity with installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
