If you're looking for a fully remote role where data meets creativity—and where your words turn into real business impact—this one's for you.Bluethrone is an exciting, 100% "work from anywhere" technology company.Our platform employs a proprietary AI engine that helps acquire, optimize, and scale mobile apps, turning overlooked titles into profitable, growing businesses.Our founders and global team have deep experience building and scaling mobile companies; we are now focused on turning this proven model into a global success story.We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven CRM Manager to help us scale our outreach engine and bring the world's best app developers into conversations with our acquisition team.You'll fit right in if you:Prefer freedom over fixed schedules—remote, flexible, unlimited time off.Have a natural curiosity and love driving real impact for users and the business.Can wear multiple hats—experts are welcome, but we value jack-of-all-trades.Keep things cool, calm, and collected—save the drama for your llama.Enjoy challenges and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to win.Believe in working smarter, not harder—focus on productivity and results, not punching the clock.Follow your passion and have fun while doing work that actually matters.What you'll be doingOutreach & Funnel ManagementBuild and manage a consistent pipeline of mobile app developers through structured outbound outreach.Design, test, and iterate multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn messages, and other direct channels).Write clear, natural, native-level English messages that drive engagement and trust.Track, measure, and improve conversion rates across each funnel stage.Ensure CRM accuracy and visibility by maintaining all leads and notes in Pipedrive.Optimization & AnalysisContinuously analyze outreach performance and implement improvements.Identify bottlenecks, test new approaches, and scale what works.Deliver weekly reports on funnel status, metrics, and key insights.CollaborationWork closely with the Acquisition Team to align on lead quality and handover.Collaborate with the Marketing Team to refine targeting and messaging.Share learnings and insights to improve the sourcing engine as a whole.What you'll need to succeedNative-level English, especially written.3+ years of experience in lead generation, deal sourcing, or outbound sales—ideally targeting mobile app developers and digital product founders.Proven ability to write engaging, conversion-driven outreach messages.Experience managing pipelines and reporting in Pipedrive.Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.Hands-on, analytical, and eager to learn and improve.Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.??
