Da oltre 25 anni, in Cavicondor S.p.A. mettiamo passione e competenza nella progettazione e produzione di cavi per l'automazione industriale.Siamo un'azienda solida con uno sguardo sempre rivolto all'innovazione.Cresciamo insieme ai nostri clienti, in Italia e nel mondo, grazie a un team che crede nel lavoro ben fatto, nella collaborazione e nella voglia di migliorarsi ogni giorno.Il digitale è una delle leve con cui vogliamo costruire il futuro della nostra azienda.Cerchiamo quindi un Frontend Developer con almeno 3 anni di esperienza, con una solida competenza in React, e TypeScript, capace di progettare interfacce moderne, performanti e scalabili.Cosa faraiProgetterai e svilupperai interfacce React moderne, componibili e ad alte prestazioni.Lavorerai con per routing, SSR e static generation.Gestirai lo stato applicativo con strumenti come Redux Toolkit, Context API o Zustand.Ottimizzerai le performance tramite lazy loading, bundle splitting e caching.Scriverai test efficaci con Jest e React Testing Library.Collaborerai con il team back-end per integrare API REST.Porterai valore con attenzione a UX, accessibilità e responsive design.Cosa cerchiamoEsperienza concreta con React Hooks, Functional Components).Ottima padronanza di (SSR/SSG, middleware, app routing).Ottima conoscenza di JavaScript e TypeScript.Conoscenza dei principali strumenti moderni: Vite/Webpack, ESLint, Prettier, Git.Esperienza nel testing front-end.Mentalità collaborativa e orientata al lavoro in team.Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:Esperienza con CMS headless (es. Strapi, Sanity);Conoscenze base di performance web e SEO;Familiarità con CI/CD (GitHub Actions);Esperienza con component libraries (es.
