OverviewTalent Solutions is the Manpower's Group company that integrates the three strategic solutions RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), Right Management, and TAPFIN to provide 360°, innovative, and data-driven solutions for talent management throughout the professional life cycle.From talent attraction and acquisition to upskilling, development and retention, we offer and implement projects with the support of the best technologies and insights on the world of work, helping Talents to access the most suitable Organization, and enabling them to accelerate their business performance, anticipating future needs.With a view to strengthening one of the most prestigious companies with an international scope, present throughout Italy with several production facilities, is looking for a / anPositionProcesses & Methodologies Engineer main tasks and responsibilities are :ResponsibilitiesGuarantee Process Quality Assurance and participate to internal development cycle reviews to ensure that processes are followed and deviation captured and dispositioned;Support the definition of the E&I Processes & Methodologies improvement Roadmap;Support and coordinate the cross geographical Engineering & Innovation methodologies review;Perform interviews with the aim to identify methodologies criticalities and points of improvement and to address dedicated solutions;Contribute to develop, maintain and improve tools designed to support Engineering methodologies in collaboration with "Tools, Data Management & Cyber Resilience" function and Digital Solutions.QualificationsEngineering degreeTechnical Skills / Languages / IT SkillsKnowledge of Design & Development processes and methodologies for airborne complex systemsKnowledge of Software or Complex Systems Design & Development processes, methodologies & toolsGood English knowledgeGood Microsoft Office knowledge (especially MS Word, Excel and Power-point)Knowledge of ARP**** standard for Development of Civil Aircraft and Systems (as plus)Knowledge of RTCA DO-178 normative for software in airborne systems (as plus)Experience in cross geographic processes integration (as plus)Knowledge of System Engineering / Model Based System Engineering (as plus)Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma Knowledge / Certification (as plus)Agile Knowledge / Certification (as plus)Knowledge of process mapping techniques and BPM tools (as plus)Knowledge of Teamcenter PLM system (as plus)Professional experience in Engineering Design & Development.Professional experience in Project ManagementSoft SkillsGood analytical skillsGood organizational skills and ability to manage the details of complex processesTarget orientedAbility to deal with ambiguity, making timely decisions to obtain resultsFlexibility to deal with different solutionsTeam WorkingGood communication skillsProblem solvingAbility in establishing relationship in order to built consensus#J-*****-Ljbffr
