Regional Tax Lead Europe, Africa and Middle EastReports to the Business Chief Financial Officer and the Robotics Global Head of Tax.This role provides regional responsibility for managing direct and indirect tax matters across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), shaping and leading the Robotics Tax function to ensure compliance, drive tax optimisation, and support business growth through expert guidance and strong stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead the Robotics Tax function in EMEA, managing Regional Tax Specialists and overseeing the regional legal and tax structure.Ensure tax compliance across the region, implement global tax initiatives, and establish controls, processes, and risk frameworks.Drive effective tax rate (ETR) improvements, identify tax savings opportunities, and support simplification and efficiency initiatives.Act as Country Tax Responsible for selected countries – overseeing filings, approvals, audits, disputes, managing outsourced providers, internal controls, and other country tax matters.Advise the business on tax implications of transactions, maintain strong relationships with external advisors and authorities, and collaborate with key stakeholders to support decision-making and planning.Location & Work ModelPreferred location within Europe.Work model is hybrid.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, tax, or law.Minimum 10 years of proven experience in direct and/or indirect tax, ideally in multinational settings.Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and collaborate across functions.Excellent analytical capability and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proven stakeholder influence and engagement experience.What's in it for you?We empower you to take the lead, share bold ideas, and shape real outcomes.You'll grow through hands-on experience, mentorship, and learning that fits your goals.Here, your work doesn't just matter, it moves things forward.We value people from different backgrounds.Could this be your story?Apply today or visitto read more about us and learn about the impact of our solutions across the globe.#J-*****-Ljbffr
