Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Service Team LeaderYour Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.Work model: Onsite #LI-OnsiteIn this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:Performing service tasks, working with ourDrive Service team, identifying technical issues, and performing maintenance, reconditioning and repair activities on drive products.Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.Executing work ensuring the job is done on time and as per quality standards.Follow service procedures and requirement: safety, registration, report, installed base managementQualifications for the RoleHigh school diploma or degree in Electromechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualificationsKnowledge of inverters, drive systemsYou are at ease communicating in Italian and in EnglishFast-learning mindset, curious approach, good problem-solving skillsBenefitsLocally, you can count on:Competitive compensation: Attractive salary packages and performance bonuses.Corporate welfare: Access to a wide range of services and personal well-being support.Career development: For this position a structured career path is defined to develop technician from Workshop Technician to Field Service Engineer.
