Domusgaia seleziona un AREA MANAGER Italia per Johnson Climatizzazione Domusgaia, distributore ufficiale in Italia del marchio Johnson , sta ampliando la propria struttura commerciale e ricerca un Area Manager Italia dedicato esclusivamente alla l inea clima (residenziale, commerciale e industriale).La gamma Johnson comprende soluzioni per la climatizzazione ad alta efficienza, dedicati esclusivamente al canale professionale: non disponibili online né su piattaforme e-commerce.Cosa prevederà il ruolo: La figura scelta avrà la responsabilità di definire la strategia commerciale nazionale, lavorando a stretto contatto con la Direzione.Il lavoro includerà: costruire piani commerciali a medio-lungo termine e definire obiettivi chiari; selezionare nuove agenzie sul territorio e avviare collaborazioni strategiche; gestione del portafoglio clienti in essere; formareagenti e rivenditori sulla gamma e sulle caratteristiche dei prodotti; coordinare, motivare e monitorare la forza vendita in tutta Italia.È un ruolo chiave, con ampia autonomia e responsabilità di crescita.Il profilo che stiamo cercando: Cerchiamo un professionista che conosca molto bene il settore HVAC e che abbia già maturato esperienza in posizioni commerciali di responsabilità.Sono fondamentali: capacità di analisi e lettura delle opportunità di mercato; leadership naturale e abilità nel guidare team e agenzie; ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e negoziali; orientamento al risultato e alla crescita.??
