Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consulting is searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global Network of Plants, Sales offices, R&D Centres theEuropean Sales & Marketing Director Food IngredientsLocation: Northern Italy onsiteThis is a Business 2 Business job, please apply only if you have experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, dried Fruit and Vegetables and other value added Food IngredientsRole: The Director of Sales & Marketing develops and directs all sales, marketing and business development activities in EuropeEssential Duties and Responsibilities- Developing a sales and marketing plan to achieve set growth targets.- Developing and managing an effective sales and distributor team.Tasks- Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business (e.g. Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Powders).- Closing sales and satisfying customers at senior levels including Directors, VPs and owners / executives.- Highly self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.- Strong fit with the Company's culture and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.Requirements- Bachelor or Master's degree with a preference for sciences or food technology / ingredients and/or MBA.- Fluent in English, Italian and other European languages are an asset.- Minimum 10 years' experience in a B2B sales environment within the food industry.Benefits- This is a B2B job.- This no job for candidates coming from FMCG, Horeca, Hotelf or Restaurants.#J-*****-Ljbffr
