About our Mission & ProductZURU Tech is on a mission to digitalize the construction process of buildings all around the world.We have a multinational team developing the first BIM software able to build your real dream home: you design, we build itZURU and ZURU Tech have seen unprecedented expansion, achieving significant milestones.Our trailblazing BIM software continuously pushes the innovation envelope, solidifying our position as industry leaders.Fuelling our vision are over 120 markets worldwide that have embraced our ground-breaking solutions.But our journey doesn't stop hereBrilliant inventions take shape from brilliant minds.We all believe our product is extraordinary so we're looking for extraordinary people too.Step into the future with ZURU Tech, where technology and creativity intertwine to reshape the construction industry worldwide.Welcome to the futureThe RoleWe're looking for a talented and motivated Full-Stack Engineer to join ZURU AI and help build the next generation of our internal ZURU product assistant powering creativity and productivity across all ZURU divisions.You'll work in a cross-functional environment where code meets AI — designing, developing, and improving applications that integrate Generative AI models with modern web and desktop interfaces.This role combines strong engineering skills with curiosity, autonomy, and a real passion for building products that make AI accessible and useful to everyone at ZURU.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintainscalable front-end and back-end components of the product and related AI tools.Integrate AI services(OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) into user-facing applications, ensuring performance, usability, and robustness.Collaborate with theAI engineering team,frontend team in India, andUX/UI designersto implement new features and continuously improve the user experience.Take ownershipof development tasks — from feature design to delivery — with accountability for quality and timelines.Contribute ideasto architecture and product evolution, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.Followbest practicesin GitLab (issues, branches, merge requests, code reviews, CI/CD).Stay up to date with new frameworks, GenAI integrations, and modern development patterns.Requirements4–6 years of experience as aFull-Stack or Frontend Developer, preferably with exposure to AI-powered applications.Strong skills inTypeScript, with experience in frameworks such asReact, , orElectron.Know how to deal with frontend state (, framework Zustand)Good knowledge of , RESTful APIs, and general backend integration.Practical understanding ofAI concepts(LLMs, embeddings, prompt design) and ability to work withexternal AI APIs.Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.Comfortable collaborating withinternational teams(Italy, India, NZ).Fluent inEnglish(written and spoken).A genuineenthusiasm for AI, using it daily to improve coding, productivity, and creativity.Nice to HaveExperience withPythonfor light AI or data-related tasks.Knowledge of RAG systems and image/video based generation models.Knowledge ofLangChain,OpenAI SDK, or other AI integration frameworks.Knowledge on how to deal withdatabase(, know how to use ORM Drizzle).Know how to deal withVerceland/orAmazon AWSfordeployingpurposes.Familiarity withUX/UI best practicesand building user-centric tools.Previous experience contributing tocross-departmental productsor internal tooling platforms.Who You AreYou're abuilder— not afraid to take ownership and make things happen.You write clean, efficient code and care about performance, usability, and impact.You bring ideas to the table, not just code, and you thrive when your work is connected to real business outcomes.You share our belief that "AI is not the final destination, but a tool that empowers us to foresee possibilities and shape the future."What We Offer€40,000 - €48,000 a year??
