OverviewWithin MS Product Division, you'll be part of a cross-disciplinary, Agile team designing, implementing, validating, and maintaining mechanical subsystems for current and future printers.You'll have the opportunity to work with talented engineers on complex products, from proof of concept to production, across a variety of printing technologies to meet customer needs and the strategic objectives of MS Printing.What you will do:Perform and lead CAD design, engineering computations, simulations, and mechanical engineering related lab experiments in support of design validation and reliability goalsBring strong technical expertise during design reviews and problem-solving activitiesDeploy state-of-the-art mechanical engineering development practicesFollow and drive improvement of best practices and tools to improve team efficiency, effectiveness, and mechanical subsystem qualityUse outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with third-party engineering partners and suppliersWhat you need to have:Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 5+ years of experience in various mechanical engineering R&D roles within an industrial environmentExperience designing industrial products from concept through productionExperience in a mechanical workshopVery good knowledge of materials requirementsKnowledge of marking and coding equipment is a plus, but not requiredProven experience in CAD design (Creo Direct/Windchill is a plus)Thermal/flow/pneumatics/electro-mechanical testing; experience with FEA/CFD analysis is a plusExperience working with SAP is a plusExcellent Italian and English language skills are a mustWhat we offer:National Mechanical Confapi collective agreement-based contractHealth care (EBM Salute)Professional and extra-professional insuranceCompany onsite canteenGrowth opportunities & international environmentReferral bonusYou'll only be the right candidate if you are aligned to our values and culture:Winning through customersHigh ethical standards, openness and trustExpectations for resultsRespect and value peopleIf you believe you match our values and have the experience we're looking for, then applyWe'd love to hear from you.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age and genetic information.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesPrinting ServicesManufacturingIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
