Formatore Sales - Nord ItaliaJoinDojo, a company reinventing payments.With over 150,000 customers in four countries, we are the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK and are growing rapidly.About the RoleYou will report to the CEO and support a team of Payment Consultants in executing our sales strategy across the assigned territory.Frequent travel is required.What you will doProvide consulting on all sales-process aspects.Support PCs in building business across the territory.Motivate PCs based on individual needs.Communicate essential company information.Be present on the field to give direct support and facilitate sales.Coach PCs in the field to boost performance.Report knowledge gaps and training opportunities to Area Managers.Inform Area Managers about incentive effectiveness and propose networking opportunities.Maintain alignment with Area Managers and contribute to PC development.Act as a key liaison between internal teams and PCs.Execute the field sales strategy aligned with broader company priorities.What you bringExperience in the payment-card industry.Field experience with autonomous consultants.Willingness to travel continuously in the assigned territory.Proven ability to motivate teams and build solid remote relationships.Track record of field-sales results using a direct approach with autonomous collaborators.Adaptability to adjust the sales approach based on market and overall strategy.Our CultureWe believe the best work happens when we collaborate in person, so we maintain an office-first culture with 4+ days per week.We value curiosity, relentlessness, and customer obsession.Diversity & InclusionWe serve over 150,000 places and are committed to building diverse teams that reflect the businesses we serve.We'll support you throughout the recruitment process and beyond.To learn more about benefits and life at Dojo, visit dojo.careers or check out our LinkedIn and Instagram pages.#J-*****-Ljbffr
