Field services - Customer Application EngineerPartner with the bestBaker Hughes is a global energy technology company serving the oil and gas sector across more than 120 countries.Fuel your passionThe successful candidate will be responsible to involve all functions to create a successful value proposition, focusing on execution in an integrated ITO/OTR approach and mindset, where project management/planning and cost management are the core of the job.TheField services - Customer Application Engineerwill be technical leader of field service proposals, having as key deliverables schedules and estimates of Field installation & maintenances activities. This will be done through a range of activities.You will be responsible for :Liaising with Sourcing for manpower/craft quotes on Turnkey field installations, ensuring technical alignment and consistent cost budgetVerifying site experiences in previous projects, organizing and maintaining the database of standard field service models (lessons learned, actual vs forecast analysis)Verifying Customer tenders, Request for Quote requirements, and CTQsDefining the overall scope-of-supply picture for complex upgrade bids, verifying internal capabilities and applying them to the maximum possible extentTo be successful in this role :Required QualificationsFormer Field Engineer experience as mechanical specialist in Installation/Upgrade projectPlant Engineering qualification and/or experienceProject Planning & Cost Budgeting capabilitiesEnhanced oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical & interpersonal skills, team player attitudeFluency in EnglishWorking knowledge of Primavera planning toolDesired CharacteristicsTechnical Bachelor/Master DegreeAbility to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter, high motivation level, with leadership skillsAbility to multi-task and appropriately prioritize and manage timeWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
