Strong analysis and literacy skills. Advanced verbal communication skills.Good understanding of Visual Merchandising. Strong Training skills. Team Development.Maintain store processes and rules to ensure a seamless shopping experience by leading team and replenishment.Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team. Understanding store ´s needs and acting accordingly.KPIs background and understanding. Strong analysis skills to maximize store ´s profitability. Goal and process orientated. Understanding store ´s needs and acting accordinglyAdvanced in English. Good knowledge with MS Office.
