SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND WELL-BEING OF PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS Giunti Psychometrics is a European leader in psychological assessment and associated services.Our overall vision is to deliver "scientific knowledge for the development and wellbeing of people and organizations".The core of our activity is developing innovative psychological assessments and ways of using them.We do this for clients in all major areas where scientific assessment is used: • clinical services (clinical and health psychology, psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, speech-language pathology, etc.); • human resources management through Giunti Psychometrics HR consulting (in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology); • school and counselling services (educational, work and university consultancy).Giunti Psychometrics commits to offering clients high quality, innovative scientific tools and services meeting the needs of Italian clients and those in a range of other European countries.We are looking for a Graphic Designer with solid experience in layout and graphic design for editorial products.The ideal candidate has experience in publishing houses or editorial contexts and a thorough understanding of the entire editorial process, from the design phase to preparing files for printing.The person will work with our editorial team, currently based in Florence and Madrid , contributing to the creation of layouts while ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and compliance with editorial guidelines.Key responsibilities: Ensures photo composition by independently managing the entire product layout process, in particular: Importing and formatting text within the different layouts Correctly applying the graphic design to all elements Creating and using styles and master pages Performing technical and prepress checks for final file delivery Selecting and preparing images to be included in the layout Setting up tables and/or charts Identifying errors and required changes Creating and applying the graphic design of the manual/volume.Experience in layout and design of editorial products (graphic layouts and covers) in publishing houses, editorial studios, or graphic and communication studios Excellent knowledge of layout principles (grids, baselines, consistency and balance of layouts) and printing processes (color profiles, CMYK vs. RGB, correct image resolution) Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign for managing complex layouts (tables, text styles, graphic elements, color swatches) Extensive knowledge of other Adobe CC Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) Ability to manage and organize InDesign files when transitioning between layouts Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to company workflows Own license for Adobe CC Suite and preferably a Mac computer.International and stimulating work environment Exposure and hands-on experience The opportunity to be part of the transformation journey of a growing global company Possibility to work remotely Temporary collaboration
