Randstad Office Talent Selection è la specialty che si occupa di Ricerca & Selezione di professionisti qualificati in ambito amministrativo e impiegatizio.Per un'azienda cliente, con sede a Sala Bolognese, si è alla ricerca di unINGEGNERE GESTIONALESi offre:inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato; RAL e inquadramento saranno commisurati all'esperienza del candidato (fino a 40K).Luogo di lavoro:Sala Bolognese.ResponsabilitàLa figura selezionata sarà inserita in un'importante realtà del settore trasporti e logistica che aiuta le aziende a rispondere alle nuove sfide del mercato grazie ad un sistema basato sul miglioramento e l'efficienza.Il contributo della risorsa servirà a realizzare soluzioni innovative in grado di migliorare il modo in cui si vive e si lavora all'interno della realtà logistica e trasporti.Lavorerai in un ambiente giovane e stimolante.Nello specifico ti occuperai di:collaborerai con diversi reparti per gestire e incrementare i processi interni, trovando soluzioni efficaci e snelle per un miglioramento dei processi interni;analizzerai giornalmente e settimanalmente i KPI;supporterai l'implementazione di nuovi processi, diffondendo le procedure;raccoglierai, validerai e gestirai i dati provenienti da più fonti per supportare e implementare i nuovi processi a livello informatico;guiderai la trasformazione dei modelli di business dei clienti per migliorare le loro performance.RequisitiLaurea in ingegneria gestionale o Economia, focalizzata nell'ambito della logistica e trasporti;provenienza dal mondo della logistica o dei trasporti;ottimo livello di Excel;livello di inglese B2.Completano il profilo: ottime doti comunicative, problem solving e attenzione ai dettagli.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR) sul sito
