Wine Tour Guide – Florence (Tuscany) | April–October ****About Grape ToursGrape Tours is a fully licensed and bonded Tour Operator and Travel Agency, specialized in premium wine tours in France and Italy based in Florence.For over 20 years, we have been creating unforgettable wine experiences for travelers from all over the world.Grape Tours is part of Jollie Group (), a collective of brands sharing strong values around authenticity, sustainability, regenerative agriculture, local craftsmanship, and the Italian art de vivre.Position OverviewGrape Tours is looking for Wine Tour Guides to join our team in Florence, Tuscany, for the **** season (April to October).As a Wine Tour Guide, you will lead small groups of guests (maximum 8 people) on immersive wine tours across Tuscany.You will introduce visitors not only to Tuscan wines, but also to the broader Italian food and lifestyle culture: local cheeses, olive oil, traditional cuisine, terroir, and regional heritage.You will explain winemaking processes, share cultural insights, and tell the stories behind the landscapes, producers, and traditions.Your mission: to create an enjoyable, educational, and truly memorable experience for every guest.You will be responsible for driving one of our company vans to carry out the daily tour programs.This is an on-site role based in Florence with a contratto a chiamata.Applicants must already be based in Florence or in the immediate surrounding area.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage small groups of international guests during full-day wine toursDeliver engaging explanations about wine, local gastronomy, olive oil, cheese, and Italian lifestyleShare insights about sustainability, terroir, and regenerative agricultureEnsure guests' safety, comfort, and overall satisfactionDrive company vans (9-seat automatic vehicles) safely and responsiblyFollow the itinerary and program defined by Grape Tours' technical directionAnswer guests' questions and adapt the experience to their interests while respecting the tour structureRespect schedules and timingRequirements & QualificationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)Previous experience in wine tourism, food & beverage tourism, or hospitalityStrong knowledge of Tuscan wine culture and winemaking processesInterest and knowledge in Italian cuisine, cheese, olive oil, and lifestyle cultureSensitivity to sustainability, local production, and regenerative agriculture is highly appreciatedMinimum qualification required: Sommelier certification or WSETAbility to manage groups and deliver engaging storytellingStrong organizational and time-management skillsFlexibility to work on weekends and holidaysValid driver's license and authorization to work in ItalyConfident driving 9-seat vans (automatic) safely#J-*****-Ljbffr
