national committees, defending local priorities with global vision and objective data.Align objectives and plans with key departments such as Trade Marketing, KAMs, and Brand Ambassadors, ensuring consistency between point-of-sale execution and brand strategy.Translate national strategies into actionable playbooks for the team, with clear indicators and realistic goals.People & Cultural LeadershipDevelop a leadership culture where Area Managers and Business Managers operate with autonomy, commercial vision, and business ownership.Apply a structured leadership cycle based on Field Manager tools: 1:1 meetings, weekly team meetings, and biweekly work-with sessions.Design individual development plans using 360° feedback tools and structured performance check-ins.Promote an environment of clear, courageous, and empathetic feedback, where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities.Be a role model for Bacardi's leadership approach, integrating Family, Founders, and premium beverages or FMCG.At least 6 years of experience leading managers and developing talent.Knowledge and management of multiple Nielsen zones in Italy.Strategic mindset and proven ability to lead change.Experience in complex negotiations and key account development.Advanced proficiency in commercial tools (Power BI, CRM).Advanced Italian and English.Availability to travel within Italy.Key
