The FP&A Trainee role will provide support to the FP&A Richemont Italy team to ensure data and financial reporting is accurate for all key stakeholders.Also, she/he will provide support during the financial planning and analysis process including budgeting and forecasting, preparation of ad hoc analyses and supporting material.The role will be involved in the monthly and quarterly closing and reporting activities.How will you make an impact?Provide support to FP&A team within the forecasting/budgeting processAssist in maintaining and developing reporting tools to drive financial targets and allow the team to rely on data resources for the explanation of performanceSupport the business cycle plan, budget and forecasts.Analyse performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans if necessaryWork in conjunction with the Reporting teams to ensure proper P&L/BS management during the closing periodSupport FP&A team on monthly activities relating to data validation/creation to support the businessProvide variance analysis vs plan and forecast on monthly/quarterly basis, monitor trends and propose action/corrective plans to drive targets achievementExecute consistent and ad/hoc analysis with accurate and timely financial information critical to business leader\'s decision making processHow will you experience success with us?Bachelor degree in appropriate discipline (i.e. accounting, finance or economics) or pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree0-2 years relevant experienceSolid financial backgroundA robust analytical skill-setExcellent modelling skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Excel, Knowledge of VBA/Power BI is considered a plus)Strong attention to details and Analytical backgroundAbility to multi-task, consistently meeting deadlines on multiple projects and activitiesAble to effectively work as a team member with a good level of proactivitySolid understanding of accountingStrong verbal and written Italian and EnglishWhat makes our group different?Our true power does not lie in our similarities but in the riche diversity of our arts, cultures and human skills, as well as our specific ability to foster untapped potential.We value freedom, collegiality, loyalty and solidarity.We foster empathy, curiosity, courage, humility and integrity.We care for the world we live in.Your journey with us:If your profile is selected, Talent Acquisition will contact you for an initial screening call.If positive, you will meet the Senior Business Controller and FP&A & RFBO Director.Learn more about life at Richemont and our maisons below:#J-*****-Ljbffr
