MansioneRandstad Italia divisione Construction ricerca, per azienda leader nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, unPROJECT MANAGER JUNIORSi offre: inserimento diretto in azienda, RAL presunta 30KResponsabilitàLa figura selezionata affiancherà il Project Manager Senior con l obiettivo di acquisire competenze tecnico-gestionali nell ambito della gestione dei cantieri e dei progetti.In particolare, si occuperà di:- Supporto alla pianificazione e coordinamento operativo dei progetti in ambito energie rinnovabili;- Monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento lavori, aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica e redazione report;- Collaborazione nella gestione del budget, delle tempistiche e delle risorse;- Coordinamento e supervisione dei capi cantiere e squadre operative;- Verifica e approvvigionamento dei materiali in cantiere e gestione dei fornitori;- Controllo del rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e delle direttive tecniche;- Partecipazione alle riunioni con clienti, stakeholder e partner di progetto;- Affiancamento nell implementazione delle metodologie di project management.CompetenzeRequisiti:- Breve esperienza in ambito project management o in aziende del settore impiantistico/energie rinnovabili;- Ottime capacità organizzative e orientamento al problem solving;- Attitudine alla gestione operativa di cantiere e al lavoro in team;- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e degli strumenti di project management;- Disponibilità a spostamento sui cantieri nel sud ItaliaCosa aspetti?Candidati subito all'annuncioLa ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy Randstad ( ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR).by helplavoro.it
