cross-functionally and develop new solutions as the business continues to change and grow.The successful candidate will have shown experience in past roles influencing business owners and supporting decision making in rapidly evolving environments.This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with strong data gathering and modeling skills.The role also has regular interaction with various business leaders and therefore requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.Key job responsibilitiesManage the financial planning, analysis, and reporting of various performance metrics and identify risks and opportunities in support of the TVOD business teams and finance leadershipDevelop new performance metrics and improve existing processes to drive insight, accountability, and controlPartner with various stakeholders (including partners from other business and finance teams) to build financial models that evaluate new opportunities and strategic initiativesInfluence business decisions through effective verbal and written communication, data-driven analysis and modeling, and presentation of alternativesA day in the lifeAs the direct Finance partner to the Prime Video TVOD business teams, this role is responsible for providing reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the TVOD segment.The position plays a critical role in supporting business and finance leadership decisions through comprehensive financial modeling, analytical insights, and strategic recommendations aimed at driving TVOD's performance.Additionally, this role partners with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Content Acquisition, to provide analytical support and financial modeling for strategic initiatives that drive in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience2+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experienceExperience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysisExperience working with stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications2+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processesExperience with
