DRIVE YOUR FUTUREWe are looking for a talented professional to join our HQ Marketing Research & Insights Team, that is responsible for generating valuable and actionable insights to understand market context and support product design and plan go-to market initiatives.You will be pivotal in understanding market dynamics and consumer & trade behavior to support strategic marketing decisions.You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. other marketing teams, markets) to align research findings with business objectives and in the definition of marketing and communication plans across various regions and headquarters.YOUR CORE ACTIVITIESDesigning and developing comprehensive market research projects (both qualitative and quantitative), focusing on both consumer and trade areasAnalyzing consumer behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns to optimize marketing strategiesMonitoring trade recommendation and satisfaction levels regarding our offer vs. competitors to provide insights that support sales and trade marketingMonitoring brand and product perception against competitors by analyzing consumers feedback and reviews to identify strengths and areas for improvementManaging external research agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables, while staying current on industry trends, innovative methodologies, and emerging research toolsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMaster's Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or related fieldsFluency in EnglishProficiency in MS OfficeAt least 3 years of experience in Marketing and / or Commercial functionWHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITIONStrong analytical mindset and business acumenAbility to think strategically and translate complex data into actionable business recommendationsExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skillsAPPLY NOW, DRIVE YOUR FUTURE#WePirelli#J-*****-Ljbffr
