Per realtà strutturata e in forte crescita nel settorehospitality, ricerchiamo un/unaSales Managercon esperienza nello sviluppo commerciale B2B e nella gestione di clienti corporate e istituzionali.Obiettivo del ruoloLa risorsa avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare e potenziare le attività commerciali, ampliando il portafoglio clienti e consolidando partnership strategiche con aziende, enti e stakeholder, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale.Principali responsabilitàGestione e raggiungimento del budget di ricaviDefinizione di pricing e politiche commercialiSviluppo e gestione di clienti chiave e partner B2BCoordinamento di risorse commerciali e collaborazione con funzioni Marketing e ProductDefinizione e implementazione di strategie di vendita orientate all'ottimizzazione dell'occupazione e della redditivitàGestione dell'intero ciclo di vendita: scouting, negoziazione e chiusura contrattiAnalisi di mercato, trend e competitor per individuare nuove opportunità di businessCostruzione e mantenimento di relazioni con stakeholder istituzionali e corporateRequisitiLaureaAlmeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali nel settore hospitality o servizi B2BOttime capacità relazionali, negoziali e di gestione del clienteForte orientamento ai risultati e approccio imprenditorialeOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese (seconda lingua considerata un plus) Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali sul territorioCosa offre l'aziendaInserimento in un contesto dinamico e in forte espansioneRuolo con elevata autonomia e impatto strategicoCoinvolgimento in progetti di sviluppo e crescita
