Job Posting TitleProduct Manager - Laundry (Haier brand)The challengeAn exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe.The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.What you will doMain ResponsibilitiesSupporting the development and follow-up of new productsDetermines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market informationSupport the innovation funnelGuide new products introduction by developing time-integrated plans with sales, communications, and productionBuild-up business cases to support new product launches in coordination with the markets responsible and HQ Regional Business managersEnsure line-up performances according to yearly target in terms of volumes, net sales and profitabilityAssess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' productsSupport the development and update of all catalogues and pricelistsPromote and facilitate the use of materials in the various countries, defining methods and timing of distributionManage the teamWhat you need to succeedMust haveEducation:Degree/Master, preferred area Marketing / EconomicsProfessional experience:4 years experience in electronic goods/ automotive / high-tech industry or FMCG sectorLanguage:Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.Others languages are a plusSoft skills:Empathy, fast, reliable, autonomous, well-organized with great skills in communication and team leadershipTechnical SkillsSolid technical approach with a natural talent and passion for design and high-tech.Strategic thinking well balanced with well-organized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks.Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel)Other:Acts with Passion for Consumers aiming to Zero Distance#LI-MV1Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, or other characteristics protected by law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
