La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team con un ruolo strategico nel guidare la crescita del business e l'ottimizzazione della redditività.ResponsabilitàGuidare analisi strategiche dei margini, monitorando costantemente i driver di profittabilità e identificando leve concrete per massimizzare le performance di business.Sviluppare, governare e ottimizzare i framework di pricing e scontistica, garantendo l'allineamento con Finance, team Offer e stakeholder interni.Progettare, implementare e supervisionare strumenti avanzati di analisi di pricing e promozioni, a supporto di decisioni data-driven e di una solida governance dei prezzi.Creare e mantenere dashboard e sistemi di reporting per il monitoraggio delle performance di brand, categorie e trend competitivi di mercato.Supervisionare il monitoraggio dei dati di mercato e dei nuovi lanci di prodotto, assicurando insight tempestivi a supporto delle strategie di crescita.Sviluppare strumenti a supporto del Category Management per migliorare le strategie di assortimento e ottimizzazione.Agire come punto di riferimento per HQ e stakeholder interni su tematiche di pricing strategy, growth acceleration e raccomandazioni strategiche basate sui dati.Influenzare trasversalmente i team coinvolti, assicurando coerenza e allineamento delle decisioni di pricing con gli obiettivi aziendali.RequisitiLaurea in Economia o Ingegneria.Solida esperienza in ambito analitico-finanziario, con capacità di trasformare dati complessi in insight di business.Ottima conoscenza di Excel e strumenti di Business Intelligence (es.
