Job FunctionMarketingJob Sub FunctionProduct ManagementJob CategoryProfessionalJob LocationMilano, ItalyJob DescriptionJohnson & Johnson Italy is currently looking for a Product Manager Hematology (Multiple Myeloma) that will be responsible for all the marketing initiatives directly reporting to the Business Unit Lead.ResponsibilitiesContribute by collaborating with the cross-functional team to the definition of strategies and the implementation of brand plan tacticsDefine and manage product communication with a multichannel approach and with targeted messagesDevelop promotional materials in alignment with EMEA strategiesAnalyze key market trends, patient journeys and needs identifying threats opportunities and business sourcesSupport the BU Lead in activities connected to the CVT (Country Value Team) contributing to maximizing business opportunitiesInteract with the Field Force understanding the needs of the internal customer and supporting them with specific solutionsEngage with relevant KOL and stakeholders and through a solid understanding their driver / barriers as well as the competitive dynamics and external context defining specific and differentiated engagement methodsEnsure in line with the planning the assigned OPEXQualificationsAcademic & Professional Background :Scientific or Economic Degree3 / 5 years of experience in Marketing roles with product launches within pharmaceutical companiesPrevious experience in different specialistic areas is requiredPrevious Field experience is considered a plusExperience in the therapeutic area is nice to haveLanguage Knowledge :Proficiency in English and ItalianOther Skills and AbilitiesStrategic Thinking & Customer OrientationBusiness Acumen & Analytical SkillsEntrepreneurial mindset - ability to work independently with a strong can do attitude and problem solving approachStrong communication skillsHigh project management capabilitiesAbility to work in a matrix structured teamNegotiation and influencing skillsGood knowledge of MS Office PackageThis position is in Milan and will require up to 20% domestic and/or international travel.Employment TypeFull-TimeExperienceYearsVacancy1Key SkillsTime Management,Data Analytics,Analytical,Agile,Requirement Gathering,Strategic thinking,Visio,Communication,Problem Solving,Market Research,UML,Cross Functional Teams#J-*****-Ljbffr
