gain unparalleled experience at a leading fintech company, let's get in touch.What You\'ll Be DoingActing as a key stakeholder for Revolut\'s branch in ItalyBuilding and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut\'s hyper-growthOverseeing first line of defence functions of the branch, including governance, interactions with regulators, and oversight of BAU operationsProviding adequate oversight and accountability for outsourced functionsExecuting scale operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, etc.) across global officesMonitoring country-specific risk incidents, conduct issues, and resolutions, liaising with relevant service owners to ensure proper controls are followedIdentifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunitiesSearching for new features to provide a seamless customer experienceManaging critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systemsDeveloping strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial termsRunning support organisations, managing relationships with critical stakeholders, and consistently hitting SLAsCreating and maintaining management information for monitoring of growth metrics, risk incidents, and other branch activitiesCoordinating regulatory inspections, creating and providing necessary materialsWhat You\'ll NeedAt least a 2:1 degree from a top university3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally financial services or management consulting in ItalyFluency in English and ItalianExperience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operationsA solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to endThe skill to break complex problems into smaller,
