Job Title Technical Service Specialist Location Castellanza (VA), Lombardy, ItalyJob OverviewWe are looking for a qualified professional willing to be part of our Melt Shops Customer Service Team, with strong passion for technology and motivation to work within a multicultural and challenging environment.This role will ensure correct management of after-sales activities, taking care of the customer's needs and providing valuable solutions in terms of spare parts, technical assistance, and modernizations aimed at improving plant conditions and performance.The candidate will be part of the EAF product line, within the Upstream Business Unit.ResponsibilitiesAddress customer issues and coordinate troubleshooting activitiesGenerate customer service leads through regular visits and communications with customersIdentify the most suitable technical solution enhancing customer performance and KPIsRetrieve technical information from the plant to the R&D and Technical Departments for product improvementRequirementsHigh School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineeringPrevious experience in the steel making industry (min 2 years)Good knowledge of office package (Excel, Word)Good knowledge of English, writing and speakingWillingness to travelEmployment DetailsEmployment type: Full-timeSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelJob function: MiningHow to ApplyInterested candidates in the position please apply by the Career section on Tenova website ().#J-*****-Ljbffr
