Bucci Industries è dal **** un gruppo leader mondiale nei settori dell'automazione e robotica industriale e nuovi materiali compositi avanzati.Siamo attivi nel settore delle automazioni e della robotica industriale con i marchi IEMCA, Giuliani, Sinteco, Vire, ZETA, detenuti dalla nostra società Bucci Automations S.p.A. e nel settore dei nuovi materiali compositi avanzati con Bucci Composites S.p.A.IL RUOLOPer la nostra divisione IEMCA, siamo alla ricerca di un Field Service Engineer nella provincia di Bergamo / Brescia che, rispondendo direttamente alla Service Coordinator, si occuperà dell'installazione, manutenzione e riparazione dei caricatori automatici di barre presso i clienti, principalmente in Italia e occasionalmente anche all'estero.La risorsa fornirà un supporto tecnico di alto livello, operando nel rispetto delle procedure del Gruppo e utilizzando il CRM aziendale per la gestione operativa e la reportistica.Le principali responsabilità includono :l'installazione e configurazione di macchinari presso le sedi dei clienti;l'esecuzione di interventi di manutenzione preventiva per garantire efficienza e affidabilità degli impianti;diagnosi e riparazione di guasti meccanici ed elettrici;ispezioni periodiche per individuare segni di usura o potenziali anomalie, con attenzione agli aspetti di sicurezza.La risorsa sarà inoltre responsabile della formazione tecnica agli operatori e al personale di manutenzione sull'uso corretto e sicuro delle macchine e dovrà gestire in modo efficace la comunicazione con il cliente e promuovere una risoluzione tempestiva delle criticità, contribuendo attivamente alla customer satisfaction.IL CANDIDATO IDEALEFormazione Elettrotecnica;Preferibile conoscenza livello B2 della lingua inglese;Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in un ruolo analogo (es. trasfertista con mansioni elettromeccaniche o manutentore elettromeccanico);Competenze meccaniche ed elettriche;Elevata disponibilità a effettuare trasferte frequenti in Italia e, saltuariamente, all'estero;Spiccate capacità di problem solving, comunicazione efficace e autonomia operativa, unite a un buon spirito di collaborazione e lavoro in team.COSA TROVERAIUn ambiente di lavoro dinamico e all'avanguardia, in cui la crescita professionale e l'innovazione sono al centro di ogni progetto.Un percorso di formazione per raggiungere la piena autonomia nelle tue attività.#J-*****-Ljbffr
