Who We areMontura's mission is to manufacture the most long-lasting, inspiring, and technical outerwear for conscious people, seeking new challenging roads to travel.Searching for a new wa y is the Montura spirit.That is the dimension Montura exists in new routes to open up, new paths to shape, and new roads to go down.A vision to fulfill.Why should you believe in us?We live close to the mountains, and our community is composed of mountain rescue workers and athletes committed to various disciplines: ski mountaineers, climbers, mountain bikers, trail runners, and sailors.They're our traveling companions, those who accompany us on our adventures, our undertakings.This is why we can recognize the needs and tune into the aspirations of men and women for whom the mountains and outdoor activities are a way of life.It is through their eyes that we're able to explore uncharted territory and bring ideas into sharper focus.The Role in SummaryThe IT Application Manager – Supply Chain is responsible for managing and evolving the information systems that support production and logistics processes, from raw material procurement to finished product distribution.This role ensures alignment between IT strategy, business objectives, and the roadmap for the development of IT systems, driving innovation and operational efficiency across the supply chain.Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborate in defining the IT roadmap to support the company's supply chain and monitor progress in terms of content, testing, deliverables, and maintenance.Manage relationships with supply chain stakeholders to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.Oversee ERP and PLM systems to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business processes.Ensure proper integration of the WMS within the company's IT architecture (WMS managed by a 3PL).Maintain business intelligence systems and supply chain reporting capabilities.Supervise IT system change projects in coordination with the system integrator.Parnters with vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.Coordinate testing, plan go-live activities, manage user training, and promote a digital culture across the organization.Collaborate closely with production, logistics, demand planning, procurement, and customer service teams.Key RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).5–7 years in IT roles, including experience with supply chain or production systems.Deep knowledge of ERP (production / logistics modules; Stealth knowledge is a plus), MES, WMS, TMS, traceability systems, BI / analytics tools (e.g., Power BI), and Microsoft Office.Leadership, change management, stakeholder management, problem-solving, results orientation, and ability to drive change in complex production environments.Strong focus on quality and operational efficiency.Sounds interesting?Apply now#J-*****-Ljbffr
