A leading luxury brand, specialized in the creation and production of perfumes, is looking for a Logistics Expert to join our team.Responsibilities- Organize and manage shipments- Prepare and print documentation such as delivery notes, packing lists, waybills- Enter customer orders into the management system- Coordinate shipments to/from suppliers- Perform data entry and maintain export/import records- Conduct inventory checks of warehouse materials- Monitor and unblock export/import shipments- Track shipment progress- Liaise with airlines and road transport companies to ensure timely collection and delivery- Handle dangerous goods shipments in compliance with regulations- Support the E-commerce team using the internal management system (transport documents, invoice creation, etc.).Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration)- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/shipping- Experience and knowledge of handling dangerous goods- IATA and ADR certifications are mandatory- Dynamic personality with high stress resilience- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)- Excellent English skills- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix) is a plus- Accuracy, flexibility, strong analytical and communication skills.We Offer- Competitive salary based on experience- Meal vouchers- Full-time permanent contract- Professional and international working environment
