Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a Senior Project Manager Freelance to join our Experiential Team in our Milan offices.Main Roles & Responsibilities: Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success; Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations; Manage the team on field; Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project; Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytic skills; Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed; Provide strong responding to incoming agency requests in a proactive and timely manner, demonstrating efficiency and reliability; Ensure the complete diligence of administrative tasks (cost estimates/financial tracking, timing plans, forecasting, contact & status reports, etc.).Desired skills: Proven experience in sport events/olympics management will be considered a plus; Must have from 3 to 5 years of experience in roles in multinational corporation or agency as Project Manager; Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule; Must have strong MS Outlook, Word, Power Point & Excel skills; Attitude & Attributes: Excellent communicator both verbal and written (in English as well); Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment; Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure; Be able to manage multiple projects/tasks under pressure, maintaining strong attention to detail; Great team player.Place of work: Milan About Cheil Cheil Italia Srl is a subsidiary of Cheil Worldwide Inc.We redefine the way brands connect and engage with consumers.Data is our foundation, technology is our building block.We drive our clients to address change creating 360° communication projects mixing advertising, digital marketing, retail and experiential marketing.Our ethical approach We are a certified Agency with the following certifications: Certified Quality System – ISO**** Certified Anti-Bribery – ISO***** Certified Carbon Footprint - ISO***** Certified Gender Equality – UNI 125:**** We are an equal opportunity employer.All aspects of employment including the decision to hire, promote, discipline, or discharge, will be based on merit, competence, performance, and business needs.We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
