Techyon è l'Head Hunter leader nella ricerca e selezione di professionisti senior e manager nel segmento Information Technology.About the Company: Per startup italo-irlandese, operante nel settore della Cyber Intelligence, i nostri Recruitment Engineer sono alla ricerca di un SENIOR AI ENGINEER.Core Responsibilities:Il candidato è un profilo senior che costruisce funzionalità AI in produzione, per clienti che hanno domande importanti nell'ambito, processando documenti di 500+ pagine e grandi repository di materiale anche multimediale.Cerchiamo competenza e autonomia in:- Chatbot investigativi e assistenti operativi: retrieval, tool-use, guardrail, auditability.- Summarization & report generation su documenti e casi complessi (multi-sorgente, citazioni, tracciabilità).- RAG and beyond ricerca e grafo: Elasticsearch/OpenSearch,Graph DB, entity resolution, reasoning su relazioni.- Deployment di modelli (anche on-prem): serving, ottimizzazione, versioning, monitoring, fallback.- Fine-tuning / adaptation dove serve (LoRA/PEFT, distillazione, evaluation), con pipeline riproducibili.Must Have:- Esperienza hands-on su prodotti distribuiti/cloud-native in produzione.- Information retrieval - Elastic/Opensearch- Mentalità DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes in autonomia- Competenze pregresse in Python, LLM, Chatbot, Data Science- Inglese fluente (contesto internazionale)Location: BergamoFurther information: Possibile Ibrido o Full Remote.#J-*****-Ljbffr
