Our client is a leading International Company in the leasing sector. For the strengthening of its local structure, it has asked us to search for the following professional figure:SALES SUPPORT - BANKING & LEASINGThe resource will be responsible for supporting the Account Managers and Commercial Channels in day-to-day activities related to new leasing requests, as well as uploading new leasing requests into the IT system.Main responsabilities:Support the Account Managers and the Commercial Channels in their day by day/ operating activitiesUpload leasing requests and related info into the company's IT systemCheck of the pre-contractual documentation useful for the analysis and AML proceduresPerform KYC, KYPCollaborate with other internal offices for the on-boarding process of new commercial channelsPeriodically perform AML checks on the commercial channelsSupport the energy transition (ESG-CSR) identifying the eligible requestsPrepare business report for commercial channelsContribute to the improvement of business processes and the update the relevant proceduresSkills and knowledge required:Degree in economics, finance or related fields.Ideally previous experience in front/ back office, in financial sector.Knowledge of the leasing sector, banking regulations and document management.Knowledge of Italian and European Anti Money Laundering regulations.Good proficiency with management software and Microsoft Office suite.Team spirit and collaboration.Good communication skills.Attention to detail, organizational skills and deadline management.Workplace:Milan.
