Field Service Representative

Mission Il/la candidato/a sarà responsabile delle attività di manutenzione, ricerca guasti e risoluzione dei problemi riscontrati sui sistemi BMS Schneider Electric, e relative apparecchiature di Building Automation, presso il cliente.Il candidato dovrà essere in grado di fornire supporto tecnico su prodotti Schneider Electric della famiglia Building Automation.Dovrà analizzare i malfunzionamenti delle apparecchiature e interpretare i manuali di manutenzione, utilizzando la conoscenza dei sistemi per isolare e correggere i problemi.Dovrà essere disponibile per rispondere alle chiamate di emergenza e per l'intervento.Dovrà identificare le opportunità di vendita.Dovrà predisporre ed eseguire ogni intervento nel totale rispetto delle linee guida di sicurezza (piano di prevenzione, dispositivi di protezione ...) What will you do?Rispettare le politiche, le pratiche e le procedure di sicurezza e di cyber securit y.Eseguire manutenzione, programmazione, avviamento / messa in servizio e ricerca guasti sui prodotti Schneider Electric della famiglia Building Automation.Analizzare e interpretare le procedure tecniche, i regolamenti governativi, i diversi problemi delle apparecchiature e fornire risposte adeguate.Analizzare e spiegare i risultati dei rapporti tecnici ai clienti e al management.Partecipazione proattiva a iniziative collettive di squadra e a riunioni di gestione per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.Capacità di lavorare in Team.Usare tutti gli strumenti digitali progettati per Field Service Representative.Fornire consulenza ai clienti su diverse opportunità per ottimizzare la propria base installata e creare opportunità di business per la generazione di lead.What qualifications will make you successful?Si richiede una educazione tecnica con Diploma Perito Elettronico/Informatico o Laurea breve in Ingegneria Elettronica/Informatica, con almeno 1-3 anni di esperienza lavorativa.Si richiede disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio italiano, anche in reperibilità.Preferibile esperienza in programmazione sistemi di building automation (BMS) o Scada.Preferibile esperienza in attività di messa in servizio e commissioning in cantiere.Costituisce valore aggiunto la conoscenza dei prodotti e del le architetture dell'offerta Building Automation di Schneider Electric, le loro caratteristiche, i benefici e i vantaggi rispetto la concorrenza.Conoscenze avanzate sistemi BMS.Conoscenze base impianti HVAC / RILEVAZIONE FUMI / CONTROLLO ACCESSI / ANTINTRUSIONE / DOMOTICA / TVCC.Conoscenza base nella lettura e realizzazione di schemi elettrici e P&I meccanici.Conoscenze di base reti di comunicazioni TCP/IP.Conoscenze di base bus di campo (Bacnet / LonWorks / mod-bus / KNX / Modbus / Dali.. etc).What's in it for me?Contratto a tempo indeterminato e automobile aziendale;
