Contract: Maternity Leave Cover (12 months)Chesamel Group is an agile consultancy headquartered in London, focused on driving extraordinary growth for forward-thinking businesses through innovative, bespoke solutions.The team challenges traditional thinking to deliver transformative business outcomes using human ingenuity and advanced technology.Which is why some of the world's biggest and best-known tech companies choose to work with us.Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery.You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.We are seeking a highly skilled Senior B2 B Field Marketing Manager to provide maternity leave coverage and ensure continuity of marketing activities across the Italian market.This role requires a strong background in Direct Marketing execution, field marketing, and campaign planning, operating within a fast-paced tech environment.The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end campaign execution, and may support partner marketing activities as needed.Lead and execute Direct Marketing initiatives across the Italian market.Own the full campaign lifecycle: planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and optimisation.Coordinate field marketing programs in partnership with cross-functional internal teams (sales, comms, product marketing, operations, etc.).Support partner marketing activities where required.Strong senior-level B2 B marketing experienceDemonstrated success in field marketing and direct marketing execution .Excellent planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in Italian and English .
