Prestigiosa struttura Alberghiera Per Prestigiosa struttura alberghiera selezioniamoAssistant Restaurant Managerper rafforzare il proprio team.Responsabilità principaliSupportare il Restaurant Manager nella gestione operativa del ristorante.Coordinare il personale di sala, garantendo standard elevati di servizio.Monitorare la qualità del servizio e la soddisfazione del cliente.Gestire turni, ordini e approvvigionamenti in collaborazione con la cucina.Applicare procedure HACCP e norme di sicurezza alimentare.Contribuire alla formazione e motivazione del team.Si offre ambiente di lavoro dinamico e professionale, opportunità di crescita in una struttura di prestigio, retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza.Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo in strutture alberghiere o ristoranti di alto livello.Ottime capacità organizzative e di leadership.Orientamento al cliente e problem solving.Conoscenza delle principali tecniche di servizio e delle normative HACCP.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (altre lingue costituiscono un plus).Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni.#J-*****-Ljbffr
