Set to open in Q******, Blox Space is a physical innovation hub and office space located in the heart of downtown Turin, Italy.Designed around Bitcoin-native values, Blox Space provides a dedicated workplace for companies, teams, and founders building the future of money.We operate as a coworking and office space for startups and established companies in the Bitcoin industry, offering flexible work environments and hosting full teams within our premises.Alongside the physical space, Blox Space acts as a strategic partner for companies seeking Bitcoin talent, supporting recruitment efforts across the Turin and Italian market and connecting businesses with highly skilled professionals.Blox Space is also an event and community venue, hosting meetups, workshops, talks, and industry events aimed at fostering collaboration and practical knowledge sharing.Through these initiatives, we strengthen a local and international Bitcoin ecosystem, encouraging hands-on engagement with Bitcoin technologies and creating meaningful connections between builders, companies, and talent.By combining workspace, talent sourcing, and community-driven events in a single physical hub, Blox Space aims to become a reference point for Bitcoin-focused innovation in Italy and beyond.We're currently looking for a Business Development & Hub Sales Manager to strengthen both the hub and our partner companies.About The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Business Development & Hub Sales Manager to grow revenue across all Blox Space offerings.This is a fully in-person role, embedded in the daily life of the hub, combining sales execution with front-of-house presence.You will be responsible for converting interest into memberships, bookings, and long-term partnerships.From hosting tours to closing deals, you will manage the full sales cycle while helping shape how Blox Space is experienced by visitors, members, and client teams.What will you do?You will drive revenue growth by building and managing a steady pipeline of individuals, companies, and organizations interested in Blox Space.Operating directly from the hub, you will handle inbound requests, run outbound outreach, host visits, and ensure a high-quality, welcoming experience that reflects the positioning and values of Blox Space.This role blends business development, hospitality mindset, and ecosystem relationship-building in a physical environment.Main ResponsibilitiesOwn sales across all Blox Space offerings, including memberships (flex and dedicated), meeting rooms, event spaces, podcast room, retreats, and sponsorships.Build and manage a pipeline of companies, teams, communities, institutions, and individuals, converting leads into paying customers.Run the full sales cycle end to end: outreach, calls and visits, proposals, closing, renewals, and upsells.Develop and refine pricing models and bundled packages for companies, offsites, recurring usage, and partnerships.CRM, Reporting & KPIsMaintain a structured and up-to-date CRM with clear stages, follow-ups, and next actions.Track and report weekly KPIs such as leads, tours, conversion rates, proposals sent, closes, and revenue by stream.Analyze performance data to continuously adjust messaging, offers, and outreach strategies.Act as the first point of contact at the hub, welcoming visitors, managing walk-ins, and handling inquiries.Host tours for individuals and company clients, guiding them toward the most suitable plans and closing sales.Ensure the space is consistently client-ready for visits, meetings, and events, in coordination with operations.Clients & EcosystemBuild relationships with Bitcoin companies, tech teams, local businesses, universities, communities, and event organizers.Coordinate with the Talent Placement Manager when sales opportunities intersect with hiring needs or sponsored memberships.Support partnerships and co-hosted initiatives that generate pipeline and revenue.Who are we looking for?The ideal candidate for this role has:A strong revenue-oriented mindset and confidence with outreach, follow-ups, and closing.Enjoyment in working in a physical, people-facing environment with a hospitality-driven approach.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational habits, with disciplined CRM usage and pipeline management.Ability to manage multiple parallel activities, including memberships, visits, events, and inbound requests.Comfort using tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.Previous experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account management, or revenue-focused roles.Experience in coworking, hospitality, events, community-led ecosystems, or startup environments is a strong plus.Interest in Bitcoin and freedom technologies;
